I choose a five star hotel Le Meridien for my industry training this time,
but it's not what i was expecting, i thought there are a beautiful back office or staff dining restaurant,
Yeah!! It's just my expectation and imagination..
That is a worst hotel that i ever see,
no nice food for staff, no allowances for trainee, no good trainer for trainee, and etc...
This week i was in Front office department at Le Royal Club.
The club is same like where i was training at the first time in Sutera Harbour.
So i remeber the procedures from the club in a very short time.
A comment for the club floor's supervisor,
He is a moody person, his face can change shortly,
This second he smile he chit chat with guest,
Next second he can nagging and get angry behind the guest,
I don't even know what is he attitude and manner that he has.
I was extend 2 more days at the club floor to replace a staff that taking emergency leave,
Because of i strong in F&B section, they need me, they use me, they take advantage of me!
Today is the last day i at the club floor,
And today i do so much job, including the job that supposed to be the other staff,
That moody supervisor asked me to go down and take ice for the whole big box, damn it!
*Pay me please!! otherwise no money no talk!!*
(Who ask me i'm this hotel trainee, no money also need to talk!!>.<)
When 10:30am, is the time to clean up the breakfast buffet setting,
But the moody supervisor was handling the guest,
So i go and ask for the guest other assistant or they still need have their breakfast because of we going to clear up all the food.
After asking, i didn't get any permission from supervisor and start to clear up with chef,
And after he finish, he said that why are we clear so fast and didn't get any permission from him?
And asked to chef WHO IS HE NOW? He showed his name tag to chef,
the action that he do actually he want to show me but he didn't, he can't because of i'm a trainee.
I'm just a Free Labour for them!!
They Knew That so They Use ME!!!!!!!
I will never apply to this kind of hotel!! NEVER EVER!!!
A advantages to them of me, is my Disadvantages to ME!!
