I choose a five star hotel Le Meridien for my industry training this time, but it's not what i was expecting, i thought there are a beautiful back office or staff dining restaurant, Yeah!! It's just my expectation and imagination.. That is a worst hotel that i ever see, no nice food for staff, no allowances for trainee, no good trainer for trainee, and etc... This week i was in Front office department at Le Royal Club. The club is same like where i was training at the first time in Sutera Harbour. So i remeber the procedures from the club in a very short time. A comment for the club floor's supervisor, He is a moody person, his face can change shortly, This second he smile he chit chat with guest, Next second he can nagging and get angry behind the guest, I don't even know what is he attitude and manner that he has.
